At Neon Research Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Due to the sterile and research-use nature of many products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.
Eligible unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.
Non-Returnable Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 4 days with:

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was caused by NRS.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
